Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of plush toys, plastic figurines, and keychains. We aim to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining reasonable standards to protect the quality and integrity of our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition—including intact packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories. Minor variations in color, stitching, or detail that are inherent to manufacturing processes do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return or exchange.
Certain items are excluded from our return and exchange policy. Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or with material errors. Blind box items and limited-edition figurines also cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, as their uniqueness is part of the product value. Small parts such as keychain charms must remain attached and undamaged to be eligible.
For defective products (e.g., broken stitching on plush toys, cracked plastic figurines, or faulty keychain hardware), please initiate a return or exchange request within 7 business days of receipt. You will need to provide clear photos or videos of the defect and the original packaging to verify the issue. Defective items will be replaced with the same product (if available) or refunded in full, including any applicable shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first complete the return request process through our store. Once approved, you will receive instructions for packaging and shipping the item back. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your request within 3-5 business days. For returns, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider and may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is verified as eligible.
International return and exchange requests are subject to additional terms. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning items internationally. We reserve the right to deny international returns that do not comply with customs regulations or arrive damaged due to improper packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria, including items that show signs of use, tampering, or improper care. If a returned item is deemed ineligible, it may be shipped back to you at your expense. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs on non-defective items, and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
